"If I could give 6, I would. Kenzie is an absolute star. We had a hiccup with getting a vehicle insured. Not only was Kenzie able to insure us when other's wouldn't, she found us a cheaper rate than what we were paying before.
Cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. She even stayed late one day to make sure we had the policy activated in time.

"I have been a customer for almost a year now. Shelby initially quoted my policy and I have stuck with her. I am on my third renewal and each time, she reviews my policy to make sure I’m getting the lowest rate. I even called to double check with other companies but State Farm remains the cheapest! Their office is really great about calling to let me know if I need to update documents as well."

"Hi. This is a great team. I was new to Daytona having just moved form NC. Had Geico in NC, but quote for Florida location almost tripled, so that started my shopping around. My Allstate agent had reached out to me since he did my renters and asked for my auto biz, and his quote was about $12 less than Geico, but he couldn't insure my flat bed trailer like I had with Geico. So I used A.I. to help me select a good insurance company with a great rep, and that offers great rates, and State Farm came up, and it suggested Sarah's office.
Sorry I can't remember her name, but the employee that she has who is goign to college down here, and whose parents also just retired here recently, was super helpful. No muss, no fuss, ended up packaging my renters, auto, and trailer all together for far less than either one of my previous quotes and they made it very easy. Kind of felt good to cancel my renters and auto with the other two companies since they were making it challenging for me.
Fyi, this packaged insurance saved me on all three categories, so great job and keep up the good work. Cheers, happy new customer. Fyi, I use to be with State Farm for many years when I lived in CA and loved them, but when I went to NC they just weren't competitive. Glad to to be back with SF again!"
