"I had a bad day at the DMV (typical lol) and Allison from this office was so fantastic! I felt so bad because I must have called her 5 times within a half hour while I was at the Orange County DMV. They (the DMV) were being very difficult and required all this specific insurance information from my insurance provider and needed it on company letterhead with many uncommon pieces of information. Allison was so patient and pleasant and helped me with everything I needed to get my license reactivated. She was very efficient and stayed on the line with me at one point to ensure the DMV received the fax/email that they need. Thank you so much Allison! I would highly recommend Sarah Buckley's State Farm office and my family has been with them for a few years now and have no plans to change companies."

"Figuring out the best car insurance plan is not easy and Jasmine with State Farm made all the difference in my experience. She was consistent, honest and saved me about $500 dollars a month. The thing I appreciated most about her was that she was not pushy, she didn’t make me feel pressured, she didn’t try and use reverse psychology on me, she was just honest and I appreciate that especially nowadays . I also appreciated Shelby who helped me find additional life insurance coverage at a very discounted price that I would own and could not lose If I lost my job. I am most appreciative to both of them and definitely would recommend them to anyone that’s trying to find higher quality and cost efficient insurance"

"The agents here are great. I spent the entire day trying to get a good down payment amount for my son. I was completely feeling defeated, I then called this office which I was already going through for my insurance. "I got a policy with them for 160, after 2 months they changed me to a policy for 190 and increased my premium to 220 a month later, this is with no accidents or changes at all to my driving record. I actually got a call from one of their agents telling me my license is suspended, which it wasn't and he later confirmed that in the call. To sum it up, these are friendly people that you have to keep a close eye on. I don't have time for tricks and charges in a company. If you are looking for consistency don't use them. I will say it is easy to get in touch with an agent at any time with little hassle, they are good in that aspect."

"I initially put in a five star review because my agent that I initially spoke to was great. Fast-forward a couple months and my bill has gone up almost $40, even though I have never had an accident nor have I had a ticket.All I was told could fix it was put the drive safe on my car (which I do not want to do.) How about this…how about you not jack up a person‘s insurance over a device when my driving record for 30+ years says that I’m a safe driver. I only switched to State Farm due to the initial quote… I was spending almost $30 less at my old company!"
